BIOGRAPHY

Tristan Kaye is the CEO of It’s Fresh, a UK-based company developing post-harvest solutions for the fresh produce industry. Its patented RYPEN technology works with natural biochemistry to slow ripening and extend freshness without chemicals, helping reduce waste across the supply chain.

Tristan’s background in alternative biomaterials includes being part of a team awarded Prince William’s Earthshot Prize. With more than 15 years in the food industry, he has led major initiatives to cut waste in ingredients, packaging, and finished goods.
