With more than thirty years in the specialty chemicals industry, he has held technical, commercial, and executive roles at Ciba Specialty Chemicals, BASF, and Dover.

Matt oversees global P&L, marketing, IP strategy, and product compliance across a worldwide sales organization. Known for his expertise in food-contact additives and packaging applications, he combines scientific insights with commercial leadership in advancing polymer performance.
